I moved to Dahab, Sinai, Egypt to professionalize in freediving. Dahab, where you quickly become friends and get to learn from some of the best freedivers in the world. Dahab, where you get to train freediving all year long while surrounded by a breathtaking landscape and embedded in an addictive lovely community of people. Freediving, an ancient human practices and yet a relatively young sport which is now trying to become an olympic sport, hopefully in the next years. What an exciting time to join freediving.

By the end of the retreat you will dive comfortably at 12-20m and hold your breath for 2+ minutes. We can also certify you AIDA 1 or 2 in case you need it.
We will tune with a powerful embodied and heart-connected approach to water sports and freediving, combining meditation, breathwork, ear equalisation and relaxation techniques.
